O R D E R

The contempt petition is filed to punish the respondents for the willful disobedience of the order passed by this Court in WP.No.3352 of 2019 dated 25.02.2019. This Court passed an order directing the respondents to consider the representation submitted by the writ petitioner on 12.04.2018. 2.The learned Additional Government Pleader appearing on behalf of the respondents brought to the notice of this Court that the said representation had already been considered by the authorities competent and an order was passed in proceedings dated 13.09.2019 and the copy of the order is placed. 3.The learned counsel for the petitioner raised an objection in respect of the said order and made an attempt to argue the case on merits. This Court is of an opinion that the merits were not considered by this Court while passing the order in the writ petition and thus, those merits cannot be adjudicated in the contempt petition.

4.Pursuant to the orders of this Court to consider the representation, the respondents have already passed an order and under these circumstances, the

respondents have not committed any contempt of Court and consequently, the Contempt Petition stands closed. No costs.
