O R D E R

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking to direct the respondent not to harass the petitioner in the Blanket of enquiry in CSR number not known/2019, on the file of respondent police.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor on instructions submitted that the second petitioner gave a complaint. Based on the complaint, an FIR was registered and after the completion of the investigation, the case is now at the stage of trial. That apart, the second petitioner has given two more complaints in which enquiry is pending. Apart from the second petitioner, the respondent police shall not insist for the presence of any other petitioners, as there is no case or complaint pending against them.

3. The second petitioner is directed to attend the enquiry called for by the respondent police, since only based on his complaint, an FIR has been registered.

4. Recording the submissions made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, the second petitioner is directed to cooperate for the enquiry.

5. This Criminal Original Petition is disposed of with the above directions.
