ORDER

These petitions have been filed to call for the records in Crime No.17 of 2019 on the file of 1st respondent police and quash the same.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor on instructions https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

submitted that the respondent police have completed the investigation and filed the final report before the Judicial Magistrate No.1, Namakkal on 24.06.2019.

3. In view of the above development no orders can be passed in these petitions. Both the Criminal Original Petitions are disposed of by giving liberty to the petitioners to challenge the final report, if so advised. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
