This petition has been filed to call for the records in Crime No.17 of 2019 on the file of 1st respondent police and quash the same.

The learned Additional Public Prosecutor on instructions submitted that the respondent police have completed the investigation and filed the final report before the Judicial Magistrate No.1, Namakkal on 24.06.2019.

3. In view of the above development, no orders can be passed in this petition. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of by giving liberty to the petitioner to challenge the final report, if so advised. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
