ORDER
The petitioners apprehend arrest for the alleged offence under Sections
1447, 147, 148, 294(b), 506(2) of IPC (Corresponding Section 329(3), 191(2), 191(3), 296(b), 325(3) of BNS and Section 3(1) of TN Public Property (Prevention of Damage & Loss) Act, 1992 in Crime No.1084 of 2018 on the file of the respondent police, seek anticipatory bail.
2. The case of the prosecution is that the District Collector allotted a house site to the defacto complainant and others and they were constructed the house in the said land and on the date of occurrence, accused entered into the house of the defacto complainant and damaged the house and abused in filthy language. Hence, the complaint.
3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) submitted that this is the second anticipatory bail petition. He further submitted that the earlier anticipatory bail application was dismissed on the ground that the investigation is pending and that there is no change in circumstances in the present application.
4. Considering the gravity of the offences and upon the ground that there is no change in circumstances, this Court is not inclined to enlarge the petitioners on anticipatory bail.
5. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition stands dismissed. 11-06-2026 DRL
