2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned Special Government Pleader (Puducherry) submitted that the order dated 02.12.2019 has been complied with both by promoting the petitioner and by ordering revised pension. The consequential relief of payment due will be made within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
