ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed to direct the 2nd respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 16.04.2026.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that in this case, the petitioner has given a representation dated 16.04.2026 requesting the respondents to comply with the defects pointed out by the Principal District Court, Salem and re-submit the reference in accordance with law. Till date, no action has been taken by the respondents therefore, the present writ petition is filed.

3. In reply, the learned Government Counsel appearing for the respondents would submit that the petitioner's representation dated 16.04.2026 will be disposed of by the respondent within a period of four weeks.

4. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned Government Counsel for the respondents and also perused the materials available on record.

5. In view of the above, this Court directs the 2nd respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 16.04.2026 on its own merits and dispose

of the same in accordance with law within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
