ORDER

For the alleged non-compliance of the order of this court dated 25.06.2021 passed in W.P. No. 9350 of 2020, this contempt petition came to be filed. 2.When the matter was taken up for consideration, the learned counsel for the respondent, on instructions, submitted that as directed by this court, the respondent by order dated 30.07.2021, has considered the representation of the petitioner dated 27.03.2020 and ultimately declined to entertain the relief made therein.

3.In view of the above submission made by the learned counsel for the respondent, this court is of the opinion that nothing survives for adjudication, except recording the same. Accordingly, the contempt petition stands closed, leaving it open to the petitioner to seek appropriate remedy in the manner known to law.
