This petition has been filed to condone the delay of 112 days in representing A.S.SR.No.23424 of 2023.

2. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this petition is ordered subject to following condition:

"the appellant is directed to pay a sum of Rs.500/- (Rupees Five Hundred only) to the credit of "Chief Justice Relief Fund, High Court of Madras", within a week from today".

3. Post the matter on 13.07.2023 for reporting compliance.
