petitioner, his family members and the properties which are subject - matter of civil suit O.S.No.261 of 2022 pending on the file of the Principal District Court, Cuddalore.

ORDER

This Writ petition has been filed for a direction to the respondent not to harass the petitioner and his family members. 2.

When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor on instructions submitted that there is a Civil dispute between the parties pending in O.S.No.261 of 2022 on the file of Principal District Court, Cuddalore and hence, the respondent police will not interfere in this dispute. 3.

In view of the submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor that there is already a Civil suit pending

between the parties, it is left open to the parties to work out their remedy before the Competent civil court and it is also made clear that the police will not interfere in the property dispute. 4.

This Writ petition is disposed of in the above terms. No costs.
