This petition has been filed to call for the records in Crime No.17 of 2019 on the file of 1st respondent police and quash the same.

The learned Additional Public Prosecutor on instructions submitted that the respondent police have completed the investigation and filed the final report before the Judicial Magistrate No.1, Namakkal on 24.06.2019.
