O R D E R

The writ petition has been filed to direct the respondents to take action on the complaints given by the petitioner, dated 11.2.2016 and 15.2.2016 and pending in C.S.R. No.35 of 2016 on the file of 2nd respondent in accordance with law.

2. The petitioner has given complaints to the respondents seeking police protection for the disturbances made by some land grabbers in their property.

3. Now, almost three years have lapsed and hence, due to the lapse of period, the prayer sought for by the petitioner cannot be granted now. However, the petitioner is at liberty to https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

file a fresh petition, on fresh cause of action, if so advised.

4. With the above observations, this Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
