This Writ Petition has been filed seeking direction to the respondents to consider the petitioner's representation dated 27.02.2019 and 01.04.2021 to resolve the issues faced by the petitioner while logging into the GST portal to file its returns and direct the respondents to facilitate the filing of returns in the GST portal without further delay.

2. This Writ Petition is disposed of after hearing the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned counsel for the respondent without expressing any merits of the case.

3.It appears that the petitioner was unable to log into the GST portal after obtaining the registration under the GST Act. In this connection, the

petitioner has sent representations dated 27.02.2019 and 01.04.2021 which has not revoked any response from any of the respondents.

4. In this connection, this Writ Petition is disposed of by directing the 1st respondent along with 2nd respondent to consider the aforesaid representations of the petitioner on merits as expeditiously as possible within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of copy of the order. 21.11.2024 Index :Yes/No Speaking order : Yes Sma To
