ORDER
This Civil Revision has been filed by the petitioner to pass an order to direct the disposal of H.M.O.P.No.1868 of 2018 on the file of the IV Additional Family Judge of Chennai conclusively on or before a time duration as may be fixed by this Court.
2.Heard learned counsel for the petitioner.
3.Notice to the respondent is dispensed with. 4.The matter H.M.O.P.No.1868 of 2018 pending before the IV Additional Family Court, Chennai, is at the stage of arguments. 5.The petitioner seeks an early disposal of the case so that she can give medical treatment to her daughter who is having a rare eye disease in United Kingdom.
6.Considering the narrow scope, the IV Additional Family Court at Chennai is hereby directed to complete the arguments within a period of three weeks and dispose of the case on merits and in accordance with law within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
