This Civil Miscellaneous Petition is filed to permit the petitioner to bring on record the legal heirs of deceased R.Dorairaj (3rd Petitioner) namely 1) S.Swayam Jothi, W/o.R.Dorairaj 2)D.Sai Sucheethra D/o.Dorairaj, 3)D.Sreelekha D/o.R.Dorairaj & 4) Swarnabai Ammal M/o.Dorairaj all are residing at No.7, 3rd Caneal Cross Road, Gandhi Nagar, Chennai - 600 020, as the petitioners 5 to 8 in present CRP.

2.I have gone through the affidavits carefully and I am satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavits filed in support of the petition. Hence, this petition is ordered.
