This petition is filed to condone the delay of 11 days in filing the above revision. 2.Heard the learned Counsel for petitioner.

3.Private notice taken to the respondents has been served and Affidavit of Service filed to that effect. Despite the name of the respondents have been printed in the cause-list, none appeared on behalf of the respondents either in person or through their counsel. It is seen that the respondents have got no serious objection in condoning the delay.

4.Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, the delay stands condoned and the petition is ordered.
