These petitions have been filed to condone the delay of 335 days in filing the petition to implead the legal heirs of the deceased first respondent viz., Ananthalakshmi; to set aside the abatement caused due to the death of the deceased first respondent; to bring on record the respondents 6 and 7 viz., Priya Bhaskar, Prithiviraj, as legal representatives of the deceased first respondent in the above C.R.P.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners.

3. Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of these petitions, the Civil Miscellaneous Petitions are ordered.

4. Registry is directed to carry out necessary amendment in the above C.R.P and list the same under the caption 'for orders'on 29.09.2023.
