C.M.P.No.16765 of 2018 in A.S.No.SR36740 of 2015 P.T.ASHA, J., This Civil Miscellaneous Petition is filed for condoning the delay of 1200 days in representing the Appeal in A.S.No.SR.J-36740 of 2015 against judgment and decree dated 20.11.2014 in O.S.No.13 of 2010 passed by the Hon'ble II Additional District Court, Chidambaram.

The learned counsel appearing for the respondent submitted that he has no objection to the petition being allowed.

3. Having been satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, delay is condoned and the petition is allowed.
