( Criminal Jurisdiction ) Friday, the First day of October Two Thousand Twenty One PRESENT The Hon`ble Mr Justice M.DHANDAPANI CRIMINAL MISCELLANEOUS PETITION No.10037 of 2021 IN CRL OP.14916/2021 MANIKANDAN [ PETITIONER ] Vs THE STATE OF TAMIL NADU REP.BY, [ RESPONDENT ] THE INSPECTOR OF POLICE, WALAJA POLICE STATION, RENIPET DISTRICT CR.NO.363/3021 Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition of daily appearance of the petitioner before the respondent police as imposed by this Hon`ble Court in the above case in Crl.O.P.No.14916 of 2021 dated 04.09.2021 and the petitioner with a condition to appear before the respondent police daily at 10.30am.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S. S.ARUNKUMAR, Advocate for the petitioner and of M/S. A.GOPINATH, Govt. Advocate ( Crl. Side) on behalf of the Respondents the court made the following order:- Vide Order dated 31.08.2021, this Court had enlarged the petitioner on bail on certain conditions. This petition has been filed by the petitioner seeking relaxation of the conditions.

2. Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent, on instruction, submits that the petitioner has been complying with the conditions without fail.

3. In view of the above submission, this Court is of the considered view that the prayer as sought for by the petitioner could be acceded to.

4. Accordingly, the condition insofar as appearance as imposed by order dated 31.08.2021 alone stands modified and the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police on every Monday at 10.30 a.m., till the filing of charge sheet, thereafter, appear before the trial Court on all hearing dates without fail. All other conditions remain unaltered.
