This petition is filed to complete the investigation and to file a final report in in Crime No.44 of 2026 dated 03.05.2026 on the file of Desur Police Station,

When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Government Advocate would submit that the investigation is complete and if one month time is given they will the final report in the manner known to law. 3.In view of the submission made by the learned Government Advocate, this Court directs the second respondent to complete the investigation in Crime No..44 of 2026 and file a final report within a period of one month from the date of uploading of the order copy.
