By consent, this writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself.
2.The petitioner is a senior citizen who has approached the 1st respondent with his complaint / representation dated 04.07.2022, to initiate action under Maintenance and Welfare of Parents and Senior Citizens Act, 2007 and the same is pending without any movement.
3.Mr.C.Kathiravan, the learned Special Government Pleader takes notice for respondents 1 and 2.
4.This Court directs the 1st respondent to take a decision on the complaint / representation of the petitioner, dated 04.07.2022, within a period of twelve
(12) weeks from today, after giving appropriate notice to the petitioner. 2/4
