This Writ Petition has been filed seeking to direct the respondents to consider the representation dated 13.11.2019. 1/4

2. The case of the writ petitioner is he was working as Executive Officer, Pallipet Town Panchayat, Thiruvallur District. While so, he was suspended from the service by the third respondent vide Order dated 26.11.2018 based on his arrest on 23.11.2018 for the alleged demand of bribe. Hence, the petitioner made a representation on 02.05.2019 seeking revocation of his suspension which was subsequently rejected by the third respondent vide Order dated 27.09.2019. Further, he made a representation dated 13.11.2019 to the third respondent, which is pending without consideration till date. Hence, this petition.

3.The learned Additional Government Pleader submitted that if the petitioner submits a fresh representation to the respondents, the same will be considered within a reasonable time as fixed by this Court. 4.Heard both sides and perused the materials placed on record. 5.Considering the limited relief as sought for in this writ petition, this Court permits the petitioner to file a fresh representation to the respondents within a period of 15 days from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. If such representation is made by the petitioner, the respondents are directed to 2/4

pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law within a period of three months thereafter.

6. Accordingly, this writ petition stands disposed of.
