2. This Court vide order, dated 24.07.2023, granted bail to the petitioner on certain conditions. One of the conditions is that the petitioner without prejudice to his defence shall deposit a sum of Rs.1,50,000/- before the Court below. However, it was omitted to give a direction to deposit the said amount in an interest bearing deposit scheme with auto renewal facility. Therefore, Condition(b) in Paragraph No.3 of the order, dated 24.07.2023, is modified as follows:

"(b) the petitioner without prejudice to his defence shall deposit a sum of Rs.1,50,000/- to the Credit of Crime No.4 of 2020 before the learned District Munsifcum-Judicial Magistrate, Kattumannar Kovil. On such deposit, the learned District Munsif-cum-Judicial Magistrate, Kattumannar Kovil, shall deposit the said amount in an interest bearing deposit scheme with auto renewal facility, in a nationalised bank and appropriate orders shall be passed on the accrued amount at the time of disposal of the case for awarding victim compensation under Section 357 of Cr.P.C.; payment of this amount will not amount to admission of guilt of the petitioner." 1/3
