Today, the matter is listed under the caption "for being mentioned" at the instance of the learned counsel for the defendant in C.S.No.412 of 2020.

2. The learned counsel for the defendant on seeing the web copy of the order had found certain typographical error crept in the judgment, particularly, in paragraph Nos.6, 12, 13, 15 and 16 and prays for necessary corrections.

3. The learned counsel for the plaintiff is present.

4. Since the error crept due to inadvertence, the following corrections are to be incorporated in the judgment passed by this Court in C.S.No.412 of 2020 dated 07.09.2021:

(i) In paragraph No.6, the 12th line, the word "class" should be replaced as "clause".

(ii) In paragraph No.12, the 9th line, the word "plaintiff" should be replaced as "defendant".

(iii) In paragraph No.13, in the last line, the year "1994" should be corrected as "2012".

(iv) In paragraph No.15, the 1st and 5th line, the word "plaintiff" should be replaced as "defendant".
