This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking direction to direct the respondent-Police to conduct proper investigation and to file a final report in Crime No.225 of 2022 within a stipulated time.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondentPolice and perused the materials available on record.

Learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondents-Police on instructions submitted that after completion of investigation inCrime No.225 of 2022 , charge sheet was filed before the XXIII Metropolitan Magistrate, Saidapet, Chennai, vide E-Filing No.LTN2023000083C202500085 on 16.06.2025.
