These petitions have been filed seeking for extension of time in order to comply with the directions issued by this Court by an order dated 11.07.2022. 2.This Court extended the time while passing the previous order on 06.01.2023 for a further period of six months. Pursuant to the same, the petitioners were able to sell 76 properties out of 142 properties and the amount has also been deposited before the District Revenue Officer. 3.Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case, a further period of six months time is granted for completing the exercise as ordered by this Court vide order dated 11.07.2023. 4.These writ miscellaneous petitions are disposed of accordingly. 10.07.2023 ssr https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis
