By order dated 03.02.2020, this Court had directed the Registry to verify whether the case has been disposed of. The Cause List date would indicate that the matter was dismissed for default on 26.06.2018, since the case had been listed under the caption "for dismissal" and the petitioners had not appeared. However, it is not reflected in the Order Sheet and be that as it may, even before this Court when the matter was listed on 03.02.2020, there was no representation on behalf of the petitioners and once again when the matter is listed today, there is no representation.
