3. It is submitted by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent-Police that charge has been filed before the Magistrate concerned and the same was returned. Hence, the respondent Police is directed to re-present the charge sheet after complying the defects pointed out by the Magistrate.

4. With the abovesaid direction, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
