Crl.O.P.No.18533 of 2022 Dr.G.JAYACHANDRAN,J.

The petitioner apprehending arrest on a complaint lodged by Senthil, is before this Court seeking anticipatory bail.

2. Learned Additional Public Prosecutor states that the complaint has been taken for enquiry under CSR.No.109 of 2022 dated 26.07.2022 and if the petitioner cooperates for the investigation, they may not be any necessity to arrest him.

3. Recording the same, the petitioner is directed to appear before the Investigating Officer on summons and the petitioner need not be arrested if there is no cognizable offence and there is no necessity for judicial remand.

4. Accordingly, this criminal original petition is disposed of.
