Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for issuance of Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus to call for the records of the first respondent made in the impugned order dated 15.12.2015 (handed over to the Menial of the petitioner on 30.1.2016) made in Old CMC No.07/108/0622/0000002139/09/113/03329/000 issued by Senior Accounts Officer attached to 2nd respondent viz., the 4th respondent herein and to quash the same and to further direct not to give effect to the demand made in the impugned order till such time, the assessment order of the 3rd respondent in property tax, in terms of the order of this Court after considering the representation of the petitioner. ORDER

The learned counsel for the petitioner made a submission that as per the impugned demand notice, tax has already been paid by the petitioner and nothing survives for adjudication in this writ petition.

2.In view of the above submission, this writ petition stands dismissed as infructuous giving liberty to the petitioner to approach the competent authority, if any other grievance exists as of now. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
