ORDER

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has already been accommodated in an aided School by virtue of the proceedings of the proceedings of the Chief Educational Officer, Villupuram, dated 28.08.2019.

The learned counsel, therefore, submitted that the relief sought for in this Writ Petition does not survive. However, it is submitted that the petitioner has certain grievances regarding the payment of salary and regularisation of the period, during which she was not accommodated in an aided School.

2. In view of the fact that the relief sought for in the Writ Petition no more survives, no further orders are required to be passed in this Writ Petition. If the petitioner has any grievance, it is always left open for her to make a representation to the appropriate authority and work out her rights in accordance with law.

3. Writ Petition is, accordingly, closed. No costs. Consequently, the connected W.M.P.Nos.19720 and 19721 of 2019 are also closed.
