CMP No.16068 of 2021 in CMA SR No.85154 of 2021 ABDUL QUDDHOSE, J.

This petition is filed seeking exemption of Court fee for a sum of Rs.2,410/- (Rupees Two thousand four hundred ten only).

According to him, the appeal has been filed aggrieved by the dismissal of the claim petition and he does not have means to pay the Court fee.

2. Having satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit, filed in support of the petition, this petition is allowed.

3. Considering the reasons stated in the affidavit, this Civil Miscellaneous Petition is ordered, exempting the petitioner to pay the Court fee, at present, with a direction to pay the same before receipt of the order copy of the main appeal.

4. Registry is directed to number the appeal, if the papers are otherwise in order and post the appeal for admission on 27.10.2021.
