COMMON ORDER These petitions have been filed to set aside the abatement caused by the death of Rajagambiram, the 3rd respondent and to bring on record the proposed respondents 8 to 11, the legal representative of the deceased 3rd respondent and rank them as respondents 8 to 11 in the above appeal. 2.It is seen from the records that though this petition has been filed in the year 2019, the service has not been effected till date. Though this Court by order dated 22.09.2025, has granted time to effect service, when this matter was taken up for hearing today, no effective steps have been taken to serve the proposed 2/4

respondents and the cause list reflects has batta with 4 copies of petition and affidavit due regarding R8 to R11, the proposed respondents. 3.In view of the above, this Civil Miscellaneous Petition is dismissed for non-payment of process fee.
