This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner (2nd petitioner) in Crl.MP.No.10568 of 2023 in Crl.O.P.No.4243 of 2023, dated 31.07.2023 that the petitioners shall appear before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m., for a period of two weeks and thereafter, every Saturday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders. 1/2 https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent police submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly.
3. Considering the submissions of both sides and the nature of offence, the condition imposed on the petitioner (2nd petitioner) in Crl.MP.No.10568 of 2023 in Crl.O.P.No.4243 of 2023, dated 31.07.2023, is relaxed.
