This Civil Miscellaneous Petition has been filed seeking to condone the delay of 62 days in filing the above Civil Miscellaneous Appeal.

2. Since the 1st respondent remained exparte, notice to the 1st respondent is dispensed with.

3. Mrs.C.Bhuvanasundari, learned counsel takes notice for the 2nd respondent and she has not raised any serious objection in allowing the above petition to condone the delay.

4. Considering the facts and circumstances, and being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, the delay in filing the appeal is condoned and the petition is ordered.
