By consent, this writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself.

2.The petitioner has challenged an award passed against him by the 3rd respondent under the Chits Act. The appeal is now pending before the 1st respondent. The petitioner seeks a direction for an expeditious disposal of Appeal No.6284 of 2022.

3.Mr.A.Anandan, the learned Government Advocate takes notice for the respondents 1 and 3.

4.The 1st respondent is now directed to dispose of the appeal within a period of twelve (12) weeks from today.
