This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the respondents to register a First Information Report on the basis of the aforesaid complaint dated 24.03.2018.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor for respondents.

3. Though the petitioner has sent the complaint by post to the first respondent as early as on 24.03.2018, till date no action has been taken by the respondents. The respondents have to enquire the complaint and either register the complaint or close the same upon completion of enquiry. Without doing so, https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

they cannot keep the complaint pending forever. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of directing the second respondent to enquire the CSR and act in accordance with law.
