ORDER

The petitioner is the wife and the respondent is the husband.

2. They got married on 26.10.2015 and there is a child from the Page No 1 of 3

wedlock, who is aged about seven years today. The husband has initiated a proceeding in H.M.O.P.No.185 of 2020 on the file of the learned Subordinate Judge at Kancheepuram for divorce.

3. The wife pleads that she is unable to travel from Ponnamaravathi to Kancheepuram and she is put to much hardship. The distance between Kancheepuram to Ponnamaravathi is about 300 Kms.

4. Considering the overall circumstances, the proceeding in H.M.O.P.No.185 of 2020 now pending on the file of the learned Subordinate Judge at Kancheepuram is withdrawn and it shall stand transferred to the file of the Sub Court at Thirumayam. Accordingly, the Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition stands allowed. No costs.
