ORDER

(Order of the Court was delivered by M.M.SUNDRESH, J.) The petitioner is the father of the detenue - Ms.Bhuvana, aged 17 years. This petition has been filed by him seeking a direction to the respondent for the production of his minor daughter.

2. Today, when the petition is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that detenue has been secured and by the efforts of the police and thereafter, she joined the petitioner.

3. Recording the statement of the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Habeas Corpus Petition is dismissed as no further order is necessary.
