Balar Kalvi Nilayam Aided 1/4

Elementary school Sastri Nagar Erode -2 to function and consequently permit the petitioner school to function as Aided primary School without any hindrance by restoring the Headmaster and the secondary Grade Teacher to the petitioner school forthwith.

ORDER

This petition has been filed seeking to quash the impugned proceedings issued by the 3rd respondent in Na.Ka.No. 3509 / Aa1 / 2020 dated 16.10.2020 and the subsequent impugned order issued by the 1st respondent in Na.Ka.No. 6064 / F2 / 2021 dated 22.02.2022 and to quash the same and consequently directing the Respondents to allow the petitioner school viz. Balar Kalvi Nilayam Aided Elementary school, Sastri Nagar , Erode -2 to function and consequently permit the petitioner school to function as Aided primary School without any hindrance by restoring the Headmaster and the secondary Grade Teacher to the petitioner school forthwith.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that during 2/4

pendency of this case, the matter has been resolved and hence, nothing survives for adjudication.

3. Recording the submission made by the petitioner, the writ petition is dismissed. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
