ORDER

This petition is filed to relax the condition imposed upon petitioner by this court by order dated 13.02.2025 in para No.3, in Crl.MP.No.2357 of 2025 in Crl.OP.No.30640 of 2024.

2. Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner has been regularly complying with the conditions imposed by this Court.

3. Considering the submissions, the condition imposed by this Court that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police once in a week ie., on Monday of every week at 10.30 a.m., until further orders is relaxed and the petitioner is directed to appear before the respondent police as and when required for investigation.

4. With the above direction, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition stands ordered.
