O R D E R

This petitioner has given a representation dated 28.04.2018 to respondents 1 to 4 and has thereafter, filed this petition for a direction that the police shall not harass her.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Public Prosecutor appearing for the State.

3. Learned Public Prosecutor submitted that the petitioner's brother is involved in more than 18 criminal cases and in order to prevent apprehension by the police, the petitioner is adopting this strategy.

In the opinion of this Court, a direction as prayed for by the petitioner cannot be granted. Hence, this petition is dismissed as being devoid of merits.
