(Order of the Court was made by K.KUMARESH BABU, J.) The instant writ petition has been filed seeking for a direction to direct the 2nd respondent to issue a community certificate by considering the representation / application of the petitioner dated 02.12.2021.

2. It is brought to the notice of this Court that, pursuant to the application made by the petitioner, notice had been issued to him calling upon him to produce various documents, which is reflected in the notice issued by the 2nd respondent dated 01.12.2022.

3. In the light of the aforesaid fact, the 2nd respondent is directed to consider the application of the petitioner on receipt of such documents as directed to be produced, and pass appropriate orders in accordance with law after affording an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
