..Respondents Prayer: Writ Petition filed under Section 226 of Constitution of India praying for issuance of Writ of Mandamus directing the 3rd respondent to conduct property comprehensive field survey inspect at Survey Number 54/1, Seetharampalayam Village, Thiruchengode Taluk, Namakkal District with the assitance of the 4th respondent in terms of strict compliance with the Letter bearing Na.Ka.No.3795/2019, Sema-3 dated 26.09.2019 issued by the 2nd respondent and submit an action taken report expeditiously within a timeframe as may be stipulated by this Court.

O R D E R

This Writ Petition has been filed for issue of Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents to conduct a comprehensive field survey at Survey No.54/1 and submit a report before the 2nd respondent within the time limit fixed by this Court.

2. Mr. E.Balamurugan, learned Special Govt. Pleader appearing on behalf of the respondents submitted that the 4th https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

respondent has already fixed a date for conducting the survey on 17.12.2020 at 3 p.m. The learned counsel further submitted that the survey will be conducted and a report will be submitted before the 2nd respondent .

3. Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case and also of the fact that the 4th respondent has already called the parties for enquiry and for conducting survey, there shall be a direction to the 4th respondent to complete the entire process strictly in accordance with law and submit a report before the 2nd respondent within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. This Writ Petition is disposed of with the above directions. No costs.
