Crl.M.P.No.10320 of 2021 in Crl.A.SR.No.33427 of 2021 P.VELMURUGAN .,J This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed to condone the delay of 411 days in filing the above Criminal Appeal against the order of acquittal of the respondents/accused in Special S.C.No.20 of 2016 dated 31.10.2018 by the learned Sessions Judge, (Fast Track Mahila Court), Thiruvaur District.

2. Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, the delay in filing the Criminal Appeal is condoned.

3. Mr.Thirumoorthy, learned counsel takes notice on behalf of R1, R3 to R5.
