This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondent police to complete the investigation and to file a final report in Crime No.54 of 2014.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent submitted that a case in Crime No.54 of 2015 has been registered by the respondent police.
