This writ miscellaneous petition has been filed to permit the petitioner to amend the prayer the above writ petition as stated therein.

2. The learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents would submit that they have no objection in allowing this petition.

3. Being satisfied with the reasons assigned by the petitioner, this Court is inclined to allow this petition.
