2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly.
3. Considering the submissions of both sides and the nature of offence, the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.M.P.No.322 of 2025 in Crl.O.P.No.27535 of 2024, dated 22.01.2025 is relaxed.
