Prayer: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India, for issuance of a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus to call for the entire records pertaining to the impugned order dated 14.10.2015 passed by the 2nd respondent and quash the same and consequently direct the 2nd respondent to conclude the enquiry and pass final orders in the disciplinary proceedings initiated vide proceedings dated 21.05.2015 made in Na.Ka.No.2726/2014/E1 and further conducted through proceedings dated 19.10.2015 of the 2nd respondent.
