ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondent police to complete the investigation and to file a final report in Crime No.19 of 2015.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent.

3. Taking into consideration the nature of the allegations in the FIR, the respondent Police is directed to complete the investigation in Crime No.19 of 2015 within four months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order in accordance with law and either file a final report or a closure report as the case may be.
